I'll admit I'm not sure how this thing has that many miles. I would have thought imported through being an EPA-cert "micro-truck" and thus grossly speed-limited, but a 1L engine may be too large for that. If it was imported that way, then it's got a lot of hours on it for that many miles- if it wasn't, then since as far as I'm aware these weren't imported through the Kia dealer/crash tested/etc...
